For years PC Clinic has been repairing PC's for companies only. However we have realised that technical support and repair facilities offerred to the general public are poor, with sometimes long repair periods or indeed in some cases no constructive or explanetary help is give from "help lines" that cover maintenance of computers sold over the counter. Many families try to repair their PC, not knowing they often do more harm than good with re installations of software that is already not working correctly. We come out to your business or home and see your PC at a pre arranged time that is suitable for you. If we cannot fix the problem, we will take it back to our workshop to test the machine and discover what has caused the problem. One of our engineers will contact you to tell you what is wrong with your PC and how much this will cost to fix. If we have your agreement, we will complete the work and return the PC to you as soon as possible. Our engineers are happy to show you the repaired system is now working. Otherwise your computer will be returned and just the call out fee will be charged. Should we supply you with any new software, you will ALWAYS be given the original CD Rom with the appropriate license and packaging. We can accept payments in cash, cheques (accompanied by a valid cheque card) . Once you become our client, where possible we will give you over the phone advice.
